You will engage closely with HNI and institutional clients, understand their financial goals, and offer strategic investment guidance.Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of clients and build long-term relationships based on trust and performance.- Provide tailored investment advice on equities, futures, options, and other capital market products.- Understand client needs, financial goals, and risk appetite to recommend suitable trading and investment strategies.- Proactively promote equity and derivative products to maximize client engagement.- Stay updated on market movements, industry trends, and regulatory changes.- Deliver regular market insights, reports, and actionable recommendations to clients.- Meet revenue targets and contribute to the firms business growth.- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely, transparent communication and effective problem resolution.Candidate Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in capital markets, specifically in equities, futures, and options.- Proven experience managing HNI or institutional clients.- Strong understanding of market dynamics, trading strategies, and risk management.- Excellent communication, advisory, and relationship management skills.- Relevant financial certifications such as NISM will be an added advantage.- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
