Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, etc.).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Support in building a strong employer brand by engaging with potential candidates.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team when required.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and social media hiring is a plus.
- Eager to learn and grow in the HR domain.
