Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your existing client base to generate new sales opportunities and expand business relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients' financial needs and goals to promote suitable products and services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and achieve organizational goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Merits Capital's products and services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and manage risks.
  • Manage client portfolios by making informed investment decisions, monitoring performance, and rebalancing as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management or a related field.
  • MBA graduates are preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or appropriate regulatory licenses (e.g., SEC) are a plus.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business success.
  • Strong existing client base with established relationships in relevant industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
