Position Overview:

We're hiring an experienced and effective HR Manager who can take charge of immediate hirings and oversee all HR operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a stockbroking environment or working with brokers, and the ability to handle end-to-end HR responsibilities independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive immediate recruitment across multiple roles and business units.
  • Manage full employee lifecycle — onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and retention.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational culture.
  • Handle payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and grievance resolution.
  • Strengthen team engagement and promote a positive, performance-driven work culture.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in HR, preferably within the broking or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented setup.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹33,005.46 per month
