Sales Head
A Sales Head for Machine Tools would be responsible for leading sales teams, developing strategies, and driving growth
in the region.

Eligibility Of Sales Head
To be eligible for the role of Sales Head for Machine Tools, a candidate typically requires:

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales, preferably in the machine tools industry.

- Skills:
- Strong sales and marketing skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Market analysis and strategic planning skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools

Experience Requirements
- Sales Experience: Proven track record of sales success, preferably in the machine tools industry.
- Leadership Experience: Experience in leading and managing sales teams.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the machine tools industry, including market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Salary Structure
1-8-12 LPA (Fixed 85% & Variable 15%)
2-Incentive on sales amount as per company policy.
3-Provident Fund as per Company norm
4-Medi-claim Rs.10,00, (Employee + 2 Dependent)
5-Accidental Claim Rs.7,00,
