Our portfolio includes:- Durga Enterprises & Durga Industry – manufacturers of automotive driveshafts and aftermarket components.- Track’d by Techno Be With You – India’s first YouTube IP showcasing electronic artists in stunning Indian locations.- Wave Ear Plugs – premium hearing protection for festivals and concerts.- Techno Be With You – lifestyle and fashion brand inspired by global music culture.We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales & Business Development to lead our sales across B2B (automotive manufacturing) and B2C (consumer lifestyle brands).Key ResponsibilitiesB2B – Automotive Manufacturing- Drive sales of driveshafts and automotive components in the Indian aftermarket.- Build strong dealer, distributor, and OEM relationships.- Lead client communication, quotations, and deal closures.- Represent the company at trade fairs and exhibitions.B2C – Lifestyle & Consumer Brands- Expand retail presence for Wave Ear Plugs & Techno Be With You (malls, outlets, garages).- Manage sales inquiries and conversions via phone and online channels.- Identify and onboard distributors and retail partners.- Support brand partnerships and sponsorship deals for Track’d.Leadership & Reporting- Build and manage a small sales team over time.- Set sales targets and ensure consistent performance.- Prepare reports for management and provide growth strategies.- Act as the single point of accountability for all sales verticals.Requirements- 5–8 years of experience in sales/business development (B2B + B2C).- Proven track record in closing deals and expanding markets.- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.- Exposure to automotive or consumer product industries preferred.- Ability to multitask across manufacturing and lifestyle ventures.- Graduate in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.- Willingness to travel for client and partner meetings.What We Offer- A paid leadership role with performance incentives.- Ownership of sales across multiple high-growth ventures.- Direct mentorship from the Founder and senior management.- A pathway to grow into a Director-level role as we expand.How to ApplySend your CV to or contact .
