We are hiring a Sous Chef Lebanese Cuisine for an exciting new upscale casual restaurant opening soon in Bangalore, India. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and creative chef who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to be part of an ambitious pre-opening project. Contract: 1 YearInterviews: Will be conducted in Dubai What You'll Do: Support the Executive Chef in launching and running the Lebanese kitchen section Lead day-to-day kitchen operations with a strong focus on quality and authenticity Drive culinary excellence while maintaining cost control and hygiene standards Engage in PR and promotional activities, representing the brand in media and public events Train and lead a kitchen team to deliver consistently high standards Play a hands-on role in the pre-opening phase, from kitchen setup to menu planning What Were Looking For: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie in Lebanese or Middle Eastern cuisine Proven pre-opening experience is a must Strong communication and leadership skills Energetic personality with a flair for hospitality and public engagement Willingness to relocate to Bangalore for the contract period What We Offer: 1-year contract with the potential for renewal Accommodation and duty meals provided Standard benefits in line with company policy A chance to be part of a flagship opening and showcase your culinary identity
