Location: Remote in non Mumbai) or Co-working space
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Role Overview:
AllWave AV is seeking a motivated and strategic Key Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for nurturing and expanding relationships with our key clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to engage effectively with mid and senior-level executives of existing All Wave accounts
Key Responsibilities:
+ Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty with existing All Wave accounts
+ Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement tailored sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth with existing All Wave accounts
+ Building Sales Pipelines: Actively build and manage sales pipelines from existing accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling into existing All Wave accounts
+ Client Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations via MS Teams or Zoom, presenting solutions that align with client needs.
+ Travel Requirements: Occasionally travel across India to meet clients, understand their requirements, and close deals.
+ Campaign Execution: Collaborate with marketing teams to run targeted campaigns aimed at generating leads and enhancing brand visibility.
Key Attributes:
+ Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong proficiency in written and spoken English; a sharp thinker who can engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
+ Social Media Savvy: Active presence on LinkedIn and other platforms; engaging personality with a competitive drive to succeed.
+ Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales; demonstrated ambition with experience in selling (e.g., sponsorships during university) is highly desirable.
+ Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a creative background; capable of managing multiple accounts and projects efficiently.
+ Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of inbound marketing principles with a willingness to learn and adapt.
+ Storytelling Ability: High energy level with the capacity to convey compelling narratives that resonate with clients and stakeholders.
+ Technological Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with AI tools; self-starter who can navigate new technologies effectively.
