What You'll Be Rocking:

CRO Maestro: Lead a team of specialists and designers to deliver top-tier CRO projects that improve conversion rates for our clients. You'll take ownership of client success from ideation to implementation.

Strategic Innovator: Develop and implement CRO strategies based on rigorous A/B testing, personalization, and UX research. Your insights will directly impact the client’s bottom line and drive continuous growth.

Mentor Extraordinaire: Foster growth and creativity within your team, guiding them through complex CRO challenges while ensuring high-quality project delivery.

Business Growth Driver: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities related to CRO projects. You'll help grow Tatvic's revenue by expanding our offering within the CRO space.

Experimentation Culture Champion: Inculcate a culture of experimentation within the team and across client engagements, promoting a data-driven approach to improving digital properties.

Your Superpowers: Framework Mastery: You’re skilled at developing hypotheses and using methodologies like the Growth Hacking Funnel, PIE (Potential, Importance, Ease), or ICE (Impact, Confidence, Ease) models to prioritize and execute experiments.

A/B Testing Guru: You have deep expertise in A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or Convert, and can design, execute, and analyze A/B, multivariate, and split tests like a pro.

UX Research Enthusiast: A keen understanding of UX/UI principles enables you to identify user behavior patterns and conversion bottlenecks, making you a key driver of improved digital experiences.

✍️ Persuasive Copywriter (Lite): While you’re not a full-time copywriter, you know enough about persuasive copywriting to pinpoint messaging improvements that can boost conversions.

Analytics Whiz: You're proficient in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Hotjar, and can dive deep into user behavior, traffic patterns, and conversion metrics to inform CRO strategies.

Statistical Savant: You possess a solid grasp of statistical concepts, including significance, confidence intervals, and regression analysis, ensuring that your experiments yield valid and actionable results.

Wireframing & Prototyping: With tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD in hand, you can mock up wireframes and prototypes to visualize proposed changes before testing.

Web Performance Optimizer: You understand how web performance—like load time and responsiveness—affects user experience and conversions, and you make sure these factors are always optimized.

Tag Management & SEO Fundamentals: Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and on-page SEO ensures your CRO efforts align with tracking requirements and don’t negatively impact search rankings.
