Innodata is seeking anSenior Managerrole to support our global information security strategy and compliance posture. This role will work closely with the CISO to strengthen governance, ensure regulatory compliance, enhance awareness, and align cybersecurity with business objectives across our global operations. What You’ll Do Driveinformation security governanceand maintain compliance with global standards (ISO 27001:2022, SOC 1 & 2, SOX, ISO 42001, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST, etc.). Leadrisk managementinitiatives, real-time compliance monitoring, and dashboard reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—IT, HR, Legal, Operations—to align security with business goals. Engage withclients and stakeholderson RFPs, assessments, and audits. Leadsecurity awareness programsand foster a strong security culture. Stay ahead of emerging threats, frameworks, and best practices in cybersecurity.What We’re Looking For 10+ years of experience in information security, with 2+ years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of security frameworks (ISO, NIST, CIS Controls, GDPR, HIPAA). Hands-on experience with GRC tools, risk management, and compliance operations. Preferred certifications:CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 LA/LI, CEH, CCSK. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical risks into business language.
