This is a full time role with our global client in Gurgaon.KRAs -Regulatory & Statutory Compliance• Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, Companies Act, FEMA, PMLA, SEBI, and other applicablelaws for NBFCs.• Monitor changes in regulations and implement required policy/procedure updates.• Prepare and file statutory returns (RBI, MCA, FIU, etc.) within timelines.• Manage regulatory inspections, audits, and liaise with RBI and statutory bodies.Internal Compliance & Governance• Draft, review, and update compliance policies, SOPs, and internal controls.• Conduct regular compliance risk assessments across business functions.• Ensure compliance in areas like KYC/AML, fair lending practices, credit monitoring, andoutsourcing guidelines.• Oversee company secretarial compliances (Board/Committee meetings, filings, resolutions).Monitoring & Reporting• Develop compliance dashboards and reports for senior management and the Board.• Highlight compliance risks and provide corrective action plans.• Support the design and monitoring of internal audits and risk management frameworks.Training & Advisory• Provide compliance advisory to business and operations teams.• Conduct awareness sessions for employees on regulatory obligations, AML/KYC, data privacy, and ethical standardsKnowledge and skills -Strong knowledge of NBFC regulatory framework, PMLA, KYC/AML, FEMA, Companies Act.Good understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management practices.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.Education-Chartered Accountant / Company Secretary / LLB / MBA (Finance/Compliance) preferred.6+ years onwards in NBFC/Banks/Financial Services with hands-on exposure to RBI compliance
