Job Title: Senior Manager / Manager - ComplianceLocation: MumbaiJob Type: Full-TimeKey Job Responsibilities :Ensuring compliance of all aspects related to the AIF and Investee Cos. including but not limited to SEBI, Direct and Indirect Tax, RBI, FEMA, FDI etc. -Ensuring PPM is updated at all times and requisite approvals / filings with regulator as required -Overseeing Fund and Management Accounting -Managing Internal and External Audits including statutory, tax, cyber audits etc -Stakeholder / Vendor relationship management (e.g. SEBI, Merchant bankers, trustees, custodian, RTA, legal etc.) including appointment, renewals, payments etc-Website development and UpdatesTechnical / Functional / Domain Skills require5-7 years of relevant experience in compliance of CAT I or II AIF CA/CS Proven track record of handling compliance related to AIFs Attention to detail and analytical skills to maintain a high level of accuracy in internal databases and improve processes. Ability to work with cross-functional units Timing and efficiency of execution within the requisite timelines.Behavioral Skill RequiredOwnership of work; above KRA’s are expected to be performed taking initiative with proper planning Team Collaboration & Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork across functions like credit, legal, and compliance Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands under pressure
