Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee all factory operations, including production, inventory management, and machinery upkeep. This role demands a strong understanding of factory management, machinery, materials, and end-to-end production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate has prior experience managing factory establishments and is adept at implementing efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Factory Management: Oversee daily factory operations, ensuring that production processes, equipment, and materials are optimized for seamless functioning and output.

2. Production Planning & Execution: Develop and execute production schedules to meet demand while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness.

3. Machinery & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all machinery and equipment are in optimal working condition; manage timely maintenance schedules to avoid production disruptions.

4. Material Management: Maintain adequate levels of raw materials and ensure proper inventory control, including procurement and storage to prevent production delays.

5. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase production quality.

6. Team Leadership & Safety Compliance: Lead and mentor the factory team, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

7. Vendor and Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with suppliers, logistics teams, and other departments to ensure timely availability of materials and smooth delivery Minimum 6+ years of experience managing a factory or production unit, with a strong understanding of machinery, materials, and production processes.

2. Expertise in managing end-to-end factory operations, production planning, and inventory control.

3. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing and resolving operational challenges.

4. Excellent leadership skills with experience in team management and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

5. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
