Job Title: Production Manager / Floor Manager

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Role Overview:

- We are seeking an experienced Production / Floor Manager to lead and oversee our production operations at our Gurgaon unit.


- This role will be responsible for managing the production processes of bags and accessories, ensuring quality standards, efficiency, and timely delivery.


- The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background- good knowledge of all the materials and machinery, with a focus on improving operational quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day management of production lines, ensuring quality and efficiency across all material and accessory lines.

- Develop and implement daily, weekly, monthly, and annual production schedules to meet business demands.

- Manage, control, and maintain production lines and machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and high production efficiency.

- Streamline production workflows to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards, including health, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Monitor productivity rates, maintain quality control, and continuously seek improvements in production processes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate production requirements and ensure seamless workflow.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Production or Floor Manager, with atleast 8 years of experience and strong knowledge of production processes.

- Technical expertise in machinery and production workflows, specifically in the manufacturing of bags and accessories.

- Background in design is preferable, with a deep understanding of the design and structure of bags.

- In-depth knowledge of materials used in bag manufacturing and their properties.

- Strong analytical skills, with a track record of enhancing operational efficiency and productivity.
