Reception and Administrative Specialist

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, check participants' ID and make sure they have signed appropriate documentation before introducing them to the moderators.


Contact and schedule participants for the study and follow-up with them to confirm attendance. This will be via email and phone calls using online tools and protocols provided by DF on the scheduler's own laptop.

Check the inventory has been updated daily.

Receive and send project-related shipments.

You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Act as first point of contact for visitors
  • Experience of scheduling participants using common online tools
  • Access to laptop
  • Schedulers must be availability for the whole duration of project (2-6 weeks since beginning of project depending on the location)


Work Location: Onsite in Noida, India

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:30am -5:30pm for 2-3 weeks in December 2024

Language Requirements: English and Hindi (professional/business)
