Location: Bangalore Qualification: MBA (Marketing/Sales preferred) Experience: 0–2 Years Industry: Aluminium Doors, Windows & Façade Systems Job Type: Full-time | Field Role About the Role We are looking for a passionate and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves meeting architects, builders, contractors, and dealers to promote and sell aluminium doors and window systems. If you enjoy field sales and building strong client relationships, this role is perfect for you Key Responsibilities Identify and acquire new clients in the Bangalore region. Meet architects, builders, contractors, and dealers to generate business. Handle project enquiries, BOQ coordination, quotation submission, pricing negotiation, and order closure. Maintain and grow long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Conduct regular field visits to track leads and project updates. Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and coordinate with design & operations teams. Skills & Requirements MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred). 0–2 years of field sales experience (freshers can apply). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore. Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Experience in building materials, aluminium windows/doors, or façade industry is an added advantage.
