**FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE**
**Roles and responsibilities**:
“Getting the sale” using various customer sales methods.
Developing “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness.
Building productive long-lasting customer relationships.
Generate or follow through sales leads to meet personal targets.
Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
Report and provide feedback to the Field Sales Manager.
Collaborate with other Field Sales Executives and the Field Sales Manager to ensure effective coordination in the achievement of organizational goals.
**Field Sales Executive Requirements**:
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Languages: Kannada (must)
