Job Location - Remote Work


Experience – 5- 10 Years


Must be from Coating industry only.



Purpose

To develop & implement Marketing strategies on branding, customer engagement, campaigns, marketing

material, etc. and meeting the Sales Targets


Responsibility

Marketing:

1. Develop Monthly / Quarterly /Yearly sales Target based on the past history and market trend

2. Develop Sales strategy based on the past data & forecasting and encouraging those strategies within the team

3. Research and Analyze of market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies

4. Based on sales strategy and target develop Sales Visit Plan

5. Responsible to review and authorize every Sales tour expense of his / her team based on the travel policy of the company

6. Responsible to develop client relationships to ensure maintaining and enhancing client portfolio

7. Develop plan to expand the market presence and penetrate more market

8. Develop & implement marketing plan & roadmap of all the activities for entire year along with the possible dates

9. Ensure effective implementation of Marketing literature in the market as well as track the schedule of marketing activities

10. Periodically review order status within the company and help other departments to prioritize the orders to enable company to fulfill order effectively

11. Ensure customers happiness by resolving all complains and queries on timely and effective manner.

13. On timely basis track all Sample order and coordinate effectively with all concern authority to enable timely Sample order fulfillment

14. Ensure timely collection from customers based on company’s policy by taking regular follow ups

15. Periodically Reconciliation of customer's account to ensure no ambiguity remains

16. Based on market movement and internal policy modification, periodic review and change of sales price of products in consultation with management

17. Review competence of subordinates. Carry out periodic competence assessment of subordinates and initiate necessary actions to develop necessary competence

18. Periodically review and submit Departmental progress updates to the management

19. Ensure control over relevant documents and records as applicable based on ISO requirement

20. Ensure that departmental objectives are met and necessary corrective actions are initiated in case any gap is observed

21. Review and ensure that all the activity of the department is being done considering the Sales
