This position is based at our Head Office in Adanishantigram, Ahmedabad. You will play a key role in shaping a positive work culture, driving engagement initiatives, and enhancing employee experience across the organization.Responsibilities- Employee Engagement Programs - Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and recognition programs aligned with company values. - Organize cultural events, team-building sessions, celebrations, CSR activities, and wellness initiatives. - Drive employee feedback surveys, analyze results, and recommend action plans. - Develop effective communication strategies to ensure employees are informed and motivated. - Draft newsletters, mailers, and internal announcements for better engagement.- Employee Recognition & Retention - Execute reward & recognition (R&R) programs to motivate and appreciate employees. - Partner with HR Business Partners/Managers to address employee morale & retention concerns.- Employee Experience & Workplace Culture - Act as a point of contact for engagement-related queries and suggestions. - Promote diversity, inclusion, and belonging through initiatives and campaigns. - Enhance onboarding experience with welcome kits, buddy program & orientation support.- Data & Reporting - Maintain engagement activity calendars and budgets. - Prepare reports and dashboards on participation, feedback, and impact of engagement activities.Qualifications- MBA in Human Resource Management - 4–6 years of experience in HR with a focus on employee engagement and communication.Employment Type: Full-timeRequired Skills- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Creative mindset with event management abilities - Good knowledge of employee engagement practices and HR trends - Excellent organizational and coordination skills - Analytical skills for survey analysis and reporting - Proficiency in MS Office / HR toolsRelevant experience candidates may apply on - recruitment@vishakha.com.
