Our commitment to providing end-to-end project services ensures seamless execution and client satisfaction.Now, ADC is hiring a Technical & Marketing Communication Associate to support the City Development & Investment Promotion Cell (CDIPC). The role blends data analytics, marketing strategy, and design communication to promote city-level development projects and attract potential investors.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage GIS-based and visual dashboards to track project implementation and fund utilisation.Create marketing and investor communication materials — pitch decks, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.Design and execute a communication strategy highlighting the city’s growth story, sectoral strengths, and upcoming opportunities.Manage digital presence, including website updates, media briefs, and outreach campaigns.Coordinate with industry partners, business forums, and media agencies for investor meets and promotional events.Prepare policy briefs, technical notes, and project reports for state-level and stakeholder review.Maintain a structured communication repository and project knowledge base for the CDIPC.Qualifications:Education: B.Tech / MBA / Post-Graduation in IT, Marketing, Communication, or Design Management.Experience: Minimum 0-3 years in marketing communication, MIS, or investment promotion roles.Preferred Background: Exposure to urban development, public policy, or CSR projects.Preferred Candidates who are local and can understand the vibe of Rajahmundry city.Skills Required:Proficiency in Power BI, GIS, or data visualisation toolsStrong design skills (Canva / Adobe Suite)Strategic storytelling and presentation designExcellent writing and documentation skillsUnderstanding of digital media and outreach strategiesWhy JoinBe part of a city-level development and investment facilitation initiative.Shape how urban transformation projects are communicated, marketed, and positioned.Work at the intersection of design, technology, and governance innovation.To Apply:Send your CV and sample work (dashboards, marketing decks, or reports) to hr@akarshdesign.com with the subject line “Application — Technical & Marketing Communication Lead (Rajahmundry)”
