Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in Rajahmundry. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering technical training sessions, developing training materials, conducting workshops, and assessing trainee performance. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to identify training needs and providing support to ensure that trainees are well-prepared for their roles.

Qualifications

  • Experience/fresher as a Technical Trainer and in Technical Training
  • Skills in Training & Development and general Training methodologies
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and teaching abilities
  • Relevant certifications in training or education are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively and supportively within a team
