9 to 12 Years.Location: Mumbai.Department: Sales / Business Development.Status: Profile Sharing.Role Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead business growth for CHROMA our HRMS product line in India.The ideal candidate will drive strategic sales initiatives, expand the client base, and establish long-term relationships with key decision-makers across industries.This role requires a strong understanding of the IT and HR technology landscape, with proven success in SaaS or enterprise solution sales.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.- Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients for HRMS solutions.- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital campaigns, and partnerships.- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create impactful sales collateral, presentations, and proposals.- Lead sales negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures ensuring alignment with business goals.- Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and forecasts on a regular basis.- Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, CHROs, CIOs, and key stakeholders to establish CHROMA as a preferred HRMS platform.- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.Qualifications & Experience:- Bachelors degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.- 9-12 years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in HRMS / SaaS / HCM domain.- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in enterprise software or IT product sales.- Strong understanding of IT operations, CIO/CHRO organization structures, and enterprise sales cycles.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and client presentations.- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented professional with strong business acumen.Good to Have:- Experience in selling to CHRO organizations or exposure to HCM tools.- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Delivery.
