Job Title: IT-Recruitment Lead (ONLY Immediate joiners should apply)

Work Location: Noida


Job Description:

This is a senior level hands on Lead role with covering 360 life cycle of Domestic recruiting starting from sourcing through on-boarding.

As a Recruiting Lead, you will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and hiring top IT talent for Stefanini. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate onboarding, ensuring that we attract and retain highly skilled professionals to meet our business needs.

This position will support all IT requirements hiring in APAC division. This position is for hands on recruitment and the person will work with all the Top Leaders & stakeholders.


Recruitment Lead will do:

Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential IT candidates.

Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the position.

Collaborate with stakeholders or hiring managers to understand their requirements and expectations.

Provide regular updates on candidate sourcing and progress to stakeholders.

Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards and social media platforms.

Develop and maintain a strong online presence for our company to attract potential candidates.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Prepare candidates for interviews by providing information about the company and the role.

Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Evaluate candidates' technical knowledge through technical assessments or tests.

Facilitate salary negotiations with candidates.

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the offer acceptance and onboarding process.

Maintain relationships with candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for current and future recruitment needs.

Provide feedback to candidates and keep them informed about their application status.

Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT industry.

Understand the competitive landscape and salary trends to advise clients and candidates effectively.

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment.

Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and communications. Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, Business, IT, etc.), Post Graduation preferred.

Must have experience working in fast paced environment for internal hiring.

Able to pick up things quickly and grasp.

Hit the ground running from day 1. Aggressive, positive, not giving up – key characters for this role.

Proven experience in Domestic IT recruiting or similar role in a services organization (NO Staffing organization experience), with a strong understanding of the IT industry.

Familiarity with various IT roles and technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.

Strong multitasking skills.
