**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
- Identify talent meeting specific client requirements.
- Analyze position requirements and source profiles through various channels.
- Utilize job portals, databases, and professional networking sites for sourcing.
- Manage creative strategies to attract the right talent.
- Communicate with high-end clients, identify needs, and ensure successful
recruitment campaigns.
- Achieve monthly delivery targets for successful closures.
- Build relationships through effective communication and negotiation with clients
- Develop a strong network within the startup industry and emerging companies.
- Stay updated on startup industry trends and emerging companies.
