Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in the US.
  • Work closely with the Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
  • Work on strategic global hiring programs.

  • Procure people for different IT Requirements.
  • Use niche platforms related to IT, to source potential candidates.
  • Personally conduct interviews, document the same, and report as the need arises.
  • In addition to executing individual responsibility should be able to work in unison with the other departments with the Company’s growth perspective in mind.
  • Keeping abreast of the industry trends.


Requirements:
  • Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • At least 1.5 to 3 years of working experience as IT Recruiter with detailed knowledge on C2C and W2.
  • Experience with C2C & W2 terms both.
  • Night Shifts Only (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM).
  • Proactively available on E-mail/Phone/Social Messaging.
  • Experience with IT Technologies and ability to ask the right questions to the vendors.
  • Self-Starter, ability to work under minimal supervision.
