Role Description:
As a Stretegic Partner Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with our partners. Your primary goal will be to drive growth, ensure seamless collaboration, and optimize sales performance for our partners in international markets. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, account management, and problem-solving skills to support and scale our partners effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships our brand partners to drive growth on international platforms
- Act as a trusted advisor for partners, helping them scale their e-commerce operations successfully
- Work closely with internal teams (category, marketing, and operations) to optimize partner performance
- Own and drive sales performance, revenue growth, and profitability metrics for assigned partners
- Identify growth opportunities for partners, including new product launches, pricing strategies, and inventory optimizations
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to enhance partner success
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide continuous support to partners
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 - 5 years of experience in account management, partnership management, or category management (preferably in e-commerce).
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience in managing P&L, sales performance, and revenue growth.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Knowledge of marketplace dynamics (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
