Job Title: Manager, Alliances & Partnerships (E-commerce - Gifting)
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
Location: Gurgaon
Compensation Package: Up to ₹ 25 LPA
Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of building successful partnerships and alliances within the e-commerce gifting industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing key partnerships that drive revenue growth, increase market share, and enhance our brand.
Key Responsibilities1. Partnership Management
Manage and grow business partnerships, aligning business goals and objectives.
Onboard new partners, agencies, and direct clients, integrating with their systems, launching campaigns, and analyzing performance.
Upsell existing partners and maintain relationships with key contacts across the world.
Communicate new features and products available to set of clients.
2. Client Relationship Management
Partner with the accounting team to generate invoices and ensure swift payment.
Track and measure all client conversations and analyze trends across clients.
3. Strategic Partnerships
Work closely with the management team to conceptualize and build the right product strategies.
Strategically partner to help the product scale further.
Actively look out for new opportunities in the space and incorporate them into our products.
4. Business Development
Clear understanding of Web, Affiliate, and Mobile advertising space.
Requirements- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Highly self-directed and resourceful with the ability to work independently, while also being a productive team player
- Demonstrate accountability and ownership over duties
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate and collaborate successfully across diverse organizations and personnel
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in partnership management or business development within the e-commerce gifting industry
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and insights
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
