We are seeking a detail-oriented team player with a flair for testing, automation, and software quality to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a combination of testing, automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Testing and Validation: Perform automated testing to ensure software quality. Conduct performance, load, and stress tests.
  • Test Planning and Strategy: Create test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work with developers, product owners, and designers to understand requirements and provide feedback. Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • CI/CD Integration: Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure test environments are set up correctly.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects. Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
  • Quality Metrics and Reporting: Track key quality metrics and provide regular updates on test results and defect trends.
  • Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements and promote best practices in software quality assurance.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate UAT by coordinating resources and guidance for end-users.
  • Security and Compliance Testing: Conduct security testing and ensure product compliance with industry standards.

Experience:

  • Hands-on with automated testing tools (like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright).
  • Proven track record in creating and executing test plans and strategies.
  • Experience in performance, load, and stress testing.
  • Familiarity with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines. Background in defect management and root cause analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Engineering)
  • 4-7 years relevant testing experience
