Job Summary:.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as Lead Talent Engagement.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving employee engagement, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration, and enhancing our talent management strategies.

With a strong focus on policy and process optimization, feedback management, and data-driven decision-making, you will contribute to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding and Integration:

- Oversee and manage the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

- Design and implement effective integration programs to align employees with company culture and goals.

Feedback Management:

- Develop mechanisms to gather, analyze, and act on employee feedback regularly.

- Address employee concerns and provide actionable solutions to improve engagement and satisfaction.

Metric Reporting and Audits:.

- Track, analyze, and report on key engagement metrics to senior management.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies and adherence to engagement initiatives.

Policy and Process Management:

- Create, review, and update talent engagement policies and processes in alignment with organizational objectives.

- Ensure clear communication and adherence to these policies across all levels.

System and Process Improvement:.

- Identify opportunities for improvement in talent management systems and processes.

- Implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications and Requirements:.

- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, engagement, or related HR functions.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Proficiency in HR management tools and data analytics to drive insights.

- Demonstrated experience in policy development and process optimization.

- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:.

- Certification in employee engagement or related HR disciplines.

- Proven ability to manage change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Familiarity with industry best practices and trends in talent engagement.
