The candidate must have a basic understanding of Marketing and Sales processes and familiarity with Salesforce is desired.Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to understand and implement their HubSpot requirements. - Coordinate with administrators of other internal systems to ensure a seamless flow of data. - Configure and maintain HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub tools. - Build and manage workflows, sequences, lists, and automation to support marketing and sales processes. - Create and manage reports and dashboards in HubSpot for Marketing, Sales, and Leadership teams. - Ensure data quality, hygiene, and integrity within HubSpot CRM (imports, deduplication, validation). - Manage HubSpot user roles, permissions, and security settings. - Troubleshoot and resolve reported HubSpot issues. - Train and support end-users on HubSpot features, best practices, and new updates. - Stay current with HubSpot product updates and recommend enhancements to optimize processesRequirements:- A bachelor’s degree. - 5+ years of experience with HubSpot administration (CRM, Marketing, Sales). - Experience configuring workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations. - Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript (helpful but not primary). - Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Zapier) is an asset. - Understanding of Sales and Marketing processes. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Understanding of Google Analytics and reporting tools is desirable. - Desired HubSpot Certifications: HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software, Revenue Operations, HubSpot Reporting.Why Join JoVE?- A competitive compensation package including unlimited commissions on your sales. - You will make a direct impact in accelerating science research and education. - Opportunity to work with global teams and in an environment that promotes innovation and collaboration. - Our strong promotion from within culture draws a clear path to advance your career with us.
