Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members to improve their sales skills and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize sales operations.
  • Motivate and inspire team members to meet and exceed sales targets through recognition, rewards, and incentives.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Sound financial acumen and analytical skills to analyze sales data and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
