These values guide us in everything we do, and is reflected in our employees and the products we build together.Our commitment to fostering an exceptional workplace has been recognized with the prestigious People Workplace Awards 2024 by the HR Association of India, a testament to our dedication to creating an outstanding environment for our employees.Join Pixis and be a part of a team where innovation knows no bounds, every idea counts, and together, we shape the future of technology.Job SummaryThe role involves handling different projects such as growth strategy, GTM, operational excellence, retention program etc. It requires high ownership and would provide immense learning opportunities.Key Responsibilities- Acts as a strategic advisor to the senior management team - Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive new business growth - Own and organize data, manage operational metrics/data and P&L projections for multiple business segments - Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, growth opportunities, and risks. - Own strategic project and work hands on to ensure effective completion/implementation of projects - Support Senior management team by assuming responsibility for completion of action items - Ensure timely and effective completion of projects and initiatives - Create and maintains systems and processes to streamline operations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure business and revenue growth. - Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly reforecasting, and long-term financial planning - Build, maintain, and iterate dynamic financial models and scenario analyses (e.g. “what-if” models) - Monitor budget vs. actuals, perform variance analyses, and derive actionable insights. - Provide ad hoc financial analyses & deep dives (e.g. pricing sensitivity, cost optimization, investment ROI)Must-Have Qualifications & Skills- Chartered Accountant (CA) / equivalent qualification strongly preferred (but not required) - Preferable 1-2 year experience in large top tier management consulting firms, corporate strategy roles, corporate finance, financial consulting etc. - Strong drive and a sense of ownership - Relationship Building, Strategic Vision and Project Planning, Presentation Skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills, ensuring stakeholders are kept apprised of project progress and challenges. - Capable of handling large, complex projects adapting management style to fit the situation. - Strong hands-on experience in financial modeling, scenario planning, forecasting - Deep comfort with Excel
