Responsibilities at a high level:


This role will support the marketing, PR and content specialists by executing on marketing and communication plans, coordinating updates to internal and external digital assets, as well as supporting operational, strategic and ad hoc projects. This includes drafting communications to a variety of audiences, helping to manage audiences segments and groups, sending and publishing newsletters and communications, supporting and creating marketing and communication assets (such as imagery, presentations and/or resources).


  • Support and execute communication plans for strategic initiatives and operational programs and services under supervision of communications specialist or department head
  • Draft content in long and short form for social media, website, internal communications and press facing information.
  • Support designing and publishing content and projects/campaigns for a variety of internal and external communications channels including social media, PR, C-suite comms, email, events and others.
  • Provide support and direction in developing content and visual assets for a variety of communications vehicles which could include press releases, news posts, videos, social media, etc.
  • Monitor, track and report marketing event/campaign/social media effectiveness (i.e., through social, web and email campaign analytics)
  • Helps develop creative assets for townhalls, C suite forums, events, websites, and video projects.
  • Support the planning and execution of events
  • Support the creation and launch of tools and processes to improve marketing and communication efforts
  • Coordinate vendor estimates and invoice processing

  • You have an attention to detail, a level of consistency and creativity that enables you to generate work products with minimal guidance or supervision.
  • You have an understanding of operational processes and a knack for improving them, identifying and filling gaps where needed


We’d love to hear from people with


  • Degree in Mass Media, Communications or related field
  • Exceptional project management, organization, strategic planning, and analytical skills
  • Some graphic design and event planning experience preferred
  • 0-2 years’ experience
