Job Description


This is a tactical role responsible for providing support to business teams for commercial and corporate transactions, advises and resolves commercial legal matters, conducts negotiation in commercial contracts and other matters, advises the business on all disputes and potential disputes, and acts as a process-owner for all commercial legal processes.


Experience : Min 8 to 10 Years


Responsibilities


Acts as the main point of contact for the Commercial Team

Advises on and resolves matters, including contract drafting and negotiation

Coordinates the commercial teams overall use of external counsel and legal support of other departments

Conducts legal research and analysis on selected topics, prepares memoranda, opinions and position papers upon request

Acts as main liaison point for banking and financing transactions; resolves complex and general commercial transactions with minimal supervision

Assist the operations in connection with the Companys Contract Management System and ensure strong coordination with various business units within the Company w.r.t same.

Proactively addresses new processes to expedite legal support, legal documentation and management of risks

Responsible for spearheading the department's improvement projects related to streamlining documentation and contracting processes

Implements processes, procedures and documentation for new services

Maintains the Companys standard template agreements (including service schedules) and related documentation.
