The Job Description
We are looking for a Regional Corporate Sales Head for North and South India. The position carries the end responsibility of generating revenues using Taxbuddy as an offering and platform. This is an individual revenue generation position. You will have topline responsibility for the company and focus on corporate tie-ups for our flagship products TaxBuddy.com and Finbingo.com.
The Job Responsibilities
- Identify prospects and make a go-to-market plan involving corporate tie-ups
- Leverage on existing tie-ups made
- Formulate a complete sales cycle from identification, and lead generation to closing the tie-ups.
- Work closely with the product team to fine-tune the offerings to meet corporate client requirements.
- Be responsible for customer satisfaction of corporate customers to ensure retaining them and upselling.
- Complete ownership of corporate sales strategy.

Taxbuddy (www.taxbuddy.com) is a Tax return filing and wealth advisory platform. This portal enables customers to file their Income Tax Returns and prepare automated responses to notices and scrutiny received from the IT department. Taxbuddy has good brand awareness and is our B2C offering to our customers.
Finbingo ( www.finbingo.com) is our B2B offering which can be whitelabelled for large banks , brokers, and other financial institutions. It is a specialized digital advisory platform with minimal human intervention, reducing human bias and errors. It analyses different user parameters like income, expenditure, risk appetite, age, family, assets, and liabilities and generates impartial recommendations.
Prerequisites
Educational Qualifications
- At least Master's Degree (MBA)
- Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or strategic management.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on B2B sales or corporate tie-ups.
- Proven track record of formulating and executing sales strategies that drive growth in corporate partnerships.
- Experience in working closely with product teams to develop and refine offerings based on client needs.
- Ability to set up lead generation teams and structure for creating a proper sales funnel.
- Experience in similar segments like HR / Payroll or similar services.
Skills
- Strong Sales Acumen: Deep understanding of the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and beyond.
