Of the $44B, the temples drive GMV of ~$27B in temple offerings, services, and commerce. There are 2M+ temples in India - about 10k of these temples have a strong historical and cultural significance. Tourism to these religious places is a $10B opportunity. The Sri Mandir app is the world’s largest app for Hindu devotees and growing 20-25% month-on-month.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and execute analytics projects end-to-end - Take ownership of business metrics end to end from extracting and exploring data, generating hypotheses, building a structured analysis, and rigorously evaluating methods and results

2. Utilize strong database skills to extract insights with large, complex data sets.

3. Ensure that data and analysis are presented in a format that is appropriate for a varied audience using data visualisation, dashboards, or other methods.

4. Understanding of tools like product analytics and engagement platforms like Metabase SQL Query Mixpanel Firebase Amplitude Branch BigQuery MQTT Advanced Excel

5. Build & maintain dashboards for tracking business performance and product adoption

6. Influencing product decision-making and roadmap by providing quantitative/qualitative data analysis, which brings out insights and trends pertaining to business performance.


Requirements:

1. At least 2+ years of work experience dealing with product analytics, data, and statistics

2. Expertise in SQL with experience using data visualisation and dashboarding tools (e.g. Tableau, Metabase,    Google Data Studio, Clevertap, Python)

3. Strong ability to design and conduct simple experiments

4. A passion for helping organisations understand how to solve problems through analytics, with a proven track record of delivering on such projects and bringing business impact.

5. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
