Role Objective:


Responsible for business delivery through dealer engagement and demand generation with contractors.


Key Responsibilities :


Dealer Engagement & Loyalty :


  • Inculcate the town blueprinting methodology in the zone leading to adequate addressability and extraction in target towns
  • Choose and appoint the right channel partners.
  • Engage on key discussions related to loyalty program and key sites.
  • Design and execute dealer engagement programs


Product Development through Field Marketing :


  • Responsible for development of BTL planning – Approach and BTL budgets in line with the Business Strategy, business plans, Corporate BTL guidelines and inputs from National Business Development Manager.
  • Responsible for communication & alignment of the above plans & budgets with the Field teams.
  • Ensure execution of the plans to the agreed Field Marketing budgets and address exceptions for closure
  • Evolve effective ways of working for SDE’s and Site Specialists viz., site working module and contractor engagement module.


User Engagement :

  • Understanding of End Users / Key Influencers of the product line with key attributes what the end user is influenced / looks for in the product line, develop meaningful segmentation and roll out relevant modules.
  • Continuous research & in-sighting for refinement of the module, product offering and communication.
  • Responsible for systematic creation of End User database and ensure sufficiency (where sufficiency is measured with respect to End user norms at a town level) in all relevant towns, mapped to relevant dealer set in m-POWER system as per division guidelines.


User Loyalty :

  • Design User Loyalty schemes and tier benefits
  • Drive adoption of user loyalty programs
  • Leverage loyalty program to drive engagement with contractor and gain share of usage.


Team Building and Training :

  • Recruit,inspire and coach the team to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure that the team is trained on product knowledge, application and complaint handling.
  • Ensure training on and adoption of effective ways of working.


Education : MBA-Full time from Tier 1 Business School with 5+ years and Tier 2 B-School with 8+ years experience, Experience in both Dealer Management and Demand Generation

Extensive Team Handling Experience.

Industry : Paints,Construction Chemicals, Bath Fittings.
