Position Summary: We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) for Luxury Corporate Projects to expand our reach in the high-end corporate market. The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional with extensive knowledge of the luxury real estate, hospitality or interior sector, excellent networking skills, and a proven sales and business development track record. The BDM will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and drive sales growth in this exclusive market segment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research and Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to penetrate the luxury corporate market.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify luxury corporate projects and potential clients.
2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and engage with developers, architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals involved in luxury corporate projects.
3. Sales and Negotiation:
- Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of luxury corporate projects.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with high-value clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Brand Promotion and Events:
- Represent Waterlogic at high-end real estate events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our brand and products.
- Organize exclusive launch events and product showcases for potential clients in the luxury corporate sector.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to continuously refine and improve business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with MBA.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a focus on the luxury corporate market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and establishing strong client relationships in the luxury sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong network of contacts within the luxury real estate and design communities.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend events.
