Total Experience: 5 to 15 Years Location : PAN IndiaRoles & Responsibilites: Overall experience of about 8+ years in Manufacturing industry in customer experience strategy consulting and transformation. Advise leading global manufacturing clients on CRM, Sales and Service processes in automotive and industrial equipment companies. Execute breakthrough domain consulting engagements. Support in entire sales cycle – business development, proposal development, pre-sales etc Develop use cases and guide technical teams for POC / solution development, test case designs, and certify solutions before handing over to customers Publish thought leadership papers based on advisory work, study of industry and technology trends, participate in leading industry forums (technology) to represent TCS Experience in Front Office Transformation and CPQ (Salesforce / Oracle / SAP) consulting including industry benchmarking, product evaluation, design business architecture, define strategy, and business case. At least 2 full lifecycle implementation experience in the platform. Experience with both B2C and B2B scenarios will be preferred. Exposure to working in various ERP solutions and integrating with CPQ platform. Review and approve data model for the project Experience in enabling guided selling process for channel partners and customers Guide technical teams in design and implementation Strong understanding of B2C and B2B CPQ best practices, use cases, architecture principles Exposure to integration patterns / mechanism for leading CPQ productsResponsibilities: Define Front Office transformation (including CPQ) roadmap and strategy, product evaluation and solution design for manufacturing clients Lead teams in consulting and implementation projects Identify opportunities through business connects with clients and relationships in TCS ecosystem Lead RFP responses and contribute Good / Excellent communication skills, analytical ability, initiative taking and innovative. Track emerging business models and trends for its applicability in manufacturing. Build connects with analysts, speak jointly with customers in key Industry forums and publish thought leadership articles
