We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead - Technical Sales & Solutions professional to drive solutioning strategy, technical sales enablement, and client-facing engagements.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical acumen, customer empathy, and the ability to translate complex technology offerings into business outcomes.
This role will work closely with the sales, delivery, and product teams to lead solution design, support business development efforts, and manage technical proposals and demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Solutioning & Pre-Sales Support:
- Engage with potential clients to understand business needs and technical requirements.
- Design tailored solution architectures and technical strategies aligned with customer goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, product demos, and proof of concept (PoC) solutions.
- Collaborate with delivery and product teams to create feasible, scalable, and cost-effective solutions.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs/RFQs with well-documented solution approaches, effort estimations, and value propositions.
- Own and deliver technical proposals, SoWs, and pricing inputs.
Technical Leadership:
- Act as the technical face of the company in customer discussions and workshops.
- Provide domain and technology expertise in areas such as Cloud, Data, DevOps, Application Modernization, or SaaS (depending on the organization).
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor landscapes.
- Mentor junior solution consultants and technical sales team members.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration:
- Partner with sales teams to drive go-to-market initiatives and technical positioning.
- Participate in strategic account planning and customer journey mapping.
- Build and maintain relationships with key technical stakeholders in client organizations.
- Support lead qualification and deal acceleration through proactive engagement.
Required Skills & Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in technical solutioning, pre-sales, or enterprise architecture.
- Deep expertise in at least one of the following domains:
- Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- SaaS Products / CRM / ERP / ITSM
- Data Engineering & Analytics
- Digital Engineering / Custom Application Development
- Strong understanding of solution design principles, cost modeling, and sizing.
- Hands-on experience with demo environments, prototyping, or PoCs.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in responding to RFPs, creating SoWs, and client Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Expert, GCP Cloud Architect).
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, Agile/SAFe delivery models, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with vertical-specific solutions (e.g , BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing).
