We are seeking a sharp and results-driven Strategic Business Development Manager to drive aggressive growth by collaborating with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams. You will identify opportunities, craft market entry strategies, and lead initiatives to expand our global footprint. Your role will involve market research, client engagement, and closing high-impact deals, all while ensuring long-term business sustainability and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with leadership to align corporate strategy with growth objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and develop strategies for new market entry.
  • Engage with decision-makers via , email, and CRM tools to set up meetings and pitch solutions.
  • Support the sales process by managing leads, providing insights, and finalizing deals.
  • Track KPIs, adapt strategies, and ensure continuous improvement in business outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • 3-8 years of pure B2B business development experience.
  • Postgraduate degree (MBA or equivalent).
  • Proven expertise in global market dynamics, client engagement, and strategic planning.

  • Mon-Fri, Work From Office (WFO) from our MG Road office.
