Designation: Manager/Assistant Manager Corporate Outreach (CSR Fundraising)- Location: Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Delhi (Hybrid model)Desired Profile:- Must have minimum 3+ years of experience in Corporate fund raising.- Proven experience in corporate outreach, partnership development, or fundraising (preferably in the social impact / non-profit sector).- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.- Ability to conduct market research and build a robust pipeline of corporate Establishing connections with corporates to identify opportunities to partner with ANUDIP for its objectives and activities.- You will be responsible for acquiring new corporates and for ensuring their commitment to ANUDIP by working closely with them to meet the org agenda.- Managing the relationship with our clients, communicating regularly about the work done, thereby creating long term supporters for ANUDIP through Engagement opportunities.- Creating proposals and presentations, to be used as effective pitching tools while connecting to the corporates.- Managing the portfolio of clients to convert into income & maintain relationships, with a mix of retention & acquisition accounts.- Utilize various outreach methods including face-to-face meetings, emails, LinkedIn, phone calls, walk-ins, and other innovative sales strategies to connect with potential corporate donors, keeping the objective of fundraising in mind.- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to secure corporate donations and partnerships.- Customize partnership packages to align with corporate donors CSR objectives and Anudips mission.- Collaborate internally with program and leadership teams to align outreach activities with organizational goals.- Represent ANUDIP in corporate forums, events, and stakeholder meetings to promote partnerships and visibility.- Creating proposals and presentations, to be used as effective pitching tools while connecting to the corporates.- Managing the portfolio of clients to convert into income & maintain relationships, with a mix of retention & acquisition accounts.
