The role requires strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to donors/supporters to raise funds. Explain NGO projects clearly and convincingly. Maintain donor records and follow-up regularly. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly fundraising targets. Handle donor queries politely and professionally. Requirements: Minimum 10th pass /12th pass /Graduate (any stream). Experience in telecalling/fundraising/sales preferred. Excellent verbal communication in [English/Hindi/Regional Language]. Goal-oriented, persuasive, and empathetic. Basic computer knowledge. Work Conditions: Full-time /(Office/Remote). Attractive incentives on fundraising performance. Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build donor relationships - Basic knowledge of sales or fundraising techniques with persuasion and negotiation skills - Normal in verbal communication in English or local languages - Organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate donor records - Motivation to work in an NGO environment and contribute to social causes - Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus
