Role Overview:

We are looking for HR Recruiters with skills in telecalling, sales, and fundraising. The role involves recruiting candidates for various positions, generating leads, and supporting fundraising initiatives to aid NGO operations. Both male and female candidates can apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
  • Telecalling to engage candidates, donors, and supporters.
  • Support sales & fundraising campaigns for NGO initiatives.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
  • Maintain recruitment and fundraising reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, telecalling, sales, or fundraising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet targets.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and social media sourcing is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Monday–Friday schedule, Saturday & Sunday fixed off.
  • Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience).
