Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Bahrain. The successful candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in sales, specifically in Audio-Visual (AV), Information Technology (IT), or Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) solutions. The role will involve marketing and selling an exciting range of innovative AV & ELV solutions to potential clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for AV, IT, and ELV products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to expand the customer base.
  • Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met and deliver solutions effectively.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay ahead in the market.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company’s solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the AV, IT, or ELV industry.
  • Strong understanding of Audio-Visual (AV) systems, IT solutions, and/or Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) technologies.
