Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the USA market. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of success in business development, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Generate New Business Opportunities: Utilize your expertise to identify and generate new business opportunities in the USA market.
  • Buildbusiness Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential prospects to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop Strategic Plans: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve inside sales targets through cold calling and outreach.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless GTM strategy implementation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on the USA market.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  • Night Shift Availability: Ability to work in the night shift from 4 PM onwards.
  • Hyderabad Office Location: Willingness to work from our office in Hyderabad.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player with a passion for driving business growth.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits, bonuses, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
