Oversee décor, layouts, placements and factors that add to the look and feel of the venue. - Guest Satisfaction: Take care of the special requests and queries that come from the guests - Food & Beverage: Monitor the food and beverages section efficiently as a banquet service managerSkills- Strong leadership skills - Excellent communication abilities - Strong organizational and planning abilities - Keen attention to detail - Negotiation skills
