Position: Influencer Marketing & Branding Executive


Locations: Bangalore, Jigani Bommasandra Link Rd


Role Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join Oben Electric's team. As the Influencer & Brand Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in executing our influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately boost sales of Oben Rorr electric motorcycles. You will also contribute significantly to executing both ATL & BTL marketing campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative influencer marketing campaigns to promote Oben Rorr electric motorcycles.
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, including motorcycle enthusiasts, lifestyle individuals, and community pages.
  • Collaborate with influencers to ideate compelling content that aligns with Oben Electric's brand narrative.
  • Negotiate contracts and partnerships with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and deliverables.
  • Track and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Ocassionally travel to attend events, meet influencers, or oversee campaign executions.
  • Assist in managing influencer marketing budget and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Support the development of marketing materials and assets for influencer collaborations.



Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing and/or agency background.
  • Educational background in PGDM, BBA, MSCOM, or MBA Graduation in any other domain.
  • Strong understanding of creative concepts, negotiations, budget management, and partnerships.
  • Proven track record of executing successful influencer campaigns.
  • Familiarity with the electric vehicle industry is a plus.
