**II. Job Overview**:
Aanet Talent Global Solutions is looking for a highly talented and aggressive GEN-Z Account Management SPOC to join our team. We are looking for a talent who has proficiency in handling Influencer Marketing.

**III. Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain constructive and sustainable relationships with influencer
- Monitor event calendar and Coordinate brand campaigns.
- Identify influencer for brand campaigns and programs that maximize ROI and achieve campaign KPIs.
- Influencer outreach, negotiation and contracting to ensure an optimal outcome for the brand.
- Proofread and oversee influencer generated branded content to ensure we stick to campaign timelines and deliverables.
- Compile, analyze and asses the performance of influencer marketing campaigns for strategic decisions and improvements.

**IV. Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree required, have a good command of English.
- Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, quick to learn, flexible and innovative.
- Master multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize, outstanding relationship-building skills.

**V. Prior Experience**:

- Events/Campaigns experience.
- Passion for all-things fashion
- Existing relationships with influencers in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle space.
- Excellent speaking and writing skills.
