Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketer in Bengaluru. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will identify and build relationships with key influencers, negotiate partnerships, create compelling content, and track campaign performance. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and analytical individual who is passionate about social media and influencer marketing.


Qualifications


  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Identify and research potential influencers who resonate with our target audience and brand values.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Create compelling and engaging content briefs for influencers aligned with campaign goals.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance using relevant metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in influencer marketing and social media.
  • Report on campaign performance to stakeholders and recommend optimizations.
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure integrated campaigns.
